Finding Inner Peace by Letting Your Students be Your Teachers

Would you like to contribute to a growing community dedicated to expanding perceptions of children?  We’re just at the start of this project and we’re looking for inspiring quotes or stories to use.

We cannot afford to pay for this right now. Someday we may have advertisers on the site or sell products, but for now, we are doing it because it excites us.  We need help with it!

We would love to read your ideas or stories about learning from children.

Contributions may as short as one sentence or up to three paragraphs.

Please put them in the body of your email, along with how you would like to be credited if we use your quote.

Please include your contact information too.

As far as what we are looking for, the field is wide open.  Here are some questions that might spark your creativity:

What have you learned from children about emotions, friendship, trust, being present, or love?

What might teachers and schools do differently to explore the possibility that children are teachers too?

When you were a child, did you ever inspire an adult or teach anything?

What spiritual tools, practical steps, action plans, meditations, or experiential practices can you come up with to help foster the idea that we are all teachers and students for each other?

Do you know any games, books, or products that might help adults learn from kids?

Thank you in advance.  We are excited to read what you share!
